The Solix Executive Leadership Team provides strategic direction and day-to-day operational oversight over all corporate activities. The Team guides, mentors, and motivates employees to align organizational performance with client expectations and our core values.
Board of Directors
Solix is a private corporation with approximately 200 shareholders. The members of Solix’ Board of Directors are elected by, and responsible to, the company’s shareholders and possess a diverse and relevant range of skill sets and experience. It is the Board's responsibility to endorse Solix' business strategy, support senior executives, and ensure accountability to Solix' owners, employees, and clients.
