Parsippany, NJ – Solix, Inc., a leading provider of government and commercial outsourcing and consulting services, today announced Eric Seguin has begun serving the Company as its new Chief Executive Officer. Seguin had been named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2023.
Seguin has served Solix in various capacities for nearly 30 years including client relations, business development, operations management, government affairs, and strategic planning. His experience outside of Solix includes serving as the Chief of Economic Policy at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission with responsibility for regulatory oversight of the state telecommunications market. During his tenure in Oklahoma, Seguin was appointed as a staff member of the Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service. He also served in the New Jersey Army National Guard as an Armor Officer and was honorably discharged as a First Lieutenant.

Seguin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Leo University, and an MBA in Finance from the College of William & Mary. He completed Executive Education in Leadership at Harvard University and earned a graduate certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. His community involvement currently includes serving on the Foundation Board at the County College of Morris and the Board of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce.
