Client’s high marks on customer service provided by Solix, Inc. in the first quarter of 2020 has resulted in the Company earning its eighth consecutive ranking in the ‘World Class’ category in Net Promoter surveys. Solix received an overall score of 89 during the period of January through March in the survey which categorizes scores of above 70 ‘World Class.’
Solix customers, representing government entities and commercial companies in a variety of industries, including utilities, healthcare and telecommunications; were asked to rank their experiences and the quality of services, such as customer care and consulting, they received in the first three months of the year.
